Priority 1: Respect Every Tax Dollar
Every decision should start with one question: Can taxpayers afford it?
Jamie Lowery For Mayor of North Bay
Taxpayers First. Accountable Leadership.A Stronger North Bay.
I have the experience to meet our challenges, the passion to fight for our community and the dedication to focus on priorities.

Taxpayers First. Accountable Leadership.A Stronger North Bay.
We all want North Bay to succeed: to prosper, grow, and reach its full potential.
I was introduced to this community through my marriage to Sandra Ammerata, and it's where three of my five children live along with three of my grandchildren. We have many talented, dedicated people working for the City of North Bay. What we need now is leadership — strong, focused, and determined — that gives staff clear direction and delivers measurable results for residents.

North Bay has everything it needs to succeed. We need leadership that listens, acts and delivers.
Every decision should start with one question: Can taxpayers afford it?
City Hall should work for you — not the other way around.
North Bay should be a city people choose to live in, invest in and visit.
We can show compassion while demanding public safety in our neighbourhoods, public spaces and on our streets.
We're all frustrated with the lack of direction, transparency, accountability and integrity at City Hall. I aim to change that, and will work hard every day on your behalf to do so.
As mayor, I will fight for every provincial and federal dollar we can bring home to support infrastructure, social programs, and action on mental health and addictions. And I will remain open to creative, innovative solutions, regardless of where they come from.
My entire career has been about finding solutions, solving problems, and creating positive change. That is exactly what I will do as your Mayor.

A career spanning local government, long-term care, seniors' housing, infrastructure and community services — known for building alignment in difficult environments.
